1.Access the Run Command-window+R.
2.Type command "gpedit.msc"
3.Press continue ok.
4.Press select and open-User Configuration.
5.Continue select and open-Administrative Templates.
6.Continue select and open-Start Menu and Taskbar.
7.Select an item to view its description-Remove Run menu from Start Menu.
8.Right Click, Remove Run menu from Start Menu.
9.Now edit.
10.Click Enabled, Apply Ok.
12.Restart Computer.
13.Enjoy.
